About Us
We are Leslie and Wayne, the married couple behind this small, family-run business. Originally from Atlanta, GA and East London, we met at a music festival in 2016 and got hitched in 2023 in Tuscany. Since 2019, we've been home-owners ourselves, learning and practicing the DIY that comes with caring for our own home. We live at the crossroads of London, Essex and Hertfordshire. And it's these areas in which we focus our serviced accommodation business.

About Leslie
Property came in to our lives in 2016 when Leslie underwent a 2-year property investing training and mentorship. She went on to build a portfolio as a landlord in Manchester as co-owner of PropertyMates. Having now worked in the industry for over 7 years, she has first-hand experience as a landlord for single-family buy-to-lets, HMOs and social housing properties.

Leslie's career began in the corporate world in 2006 in Paris. She's worked as a consultant in HR and culture for international companies such as Amazon, BMW, Coca Cola, Computacenter and Sky. Her experience of the corporate consulting world helps us understand and serve those travelling for work as well as connect with companies in need of quality accommodation.
About Wayne
Wayne's first foray in to property involved putting to use his skills as a software engineer. He built a bespoke market analysis tool, utilising data from national property databases, to assess the best geographies and property categories for investment. Now, he continues to use his 13 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer to run our business intuitively and effectively.

When it comes to working with efficiency and attention to detail, Wayne brings his many years of experience of agile working. He's our lead for putting in place systems and processes to manage properties. He's also the eagle-eyed quality guy that oversees finances as well as the standard of cleaning and inventories, ensuring that each property is kept in immaculate condition.
...and Roman!
Roman is head of security. At just three years old, he has extensive expertise in deterring foxes and sniffing out intruders. A rescue from Romania, he learned from a DNA test that he is, in fact, a "Karelian Bear Dog," a breed known for their sense of adventure. When he's not sitting in tyres at daycare, he gets us out for long walks and fresh air in the forest.
